What features does Wholepal offer?
Using advanced AI, Wholepal allows suppliers to upload SKU (product) information in any format it's current stored internally (PDF, Word and Excel are all supported). Simply drag and drop your product data onto the platform, and allow our AI to structure, organise and store it for you. Once your product data is stored, this acts as a single source of truth for your team to collaborate on.

When new listings or partnerships are established, simply 'click to connect' with trading partners to share the relevant product information - no repetitive or manual data entry required! 

If 'click to connect' is not available with the selected trade partner, we've build a handy document autogeneration tool, where you can create instant, accurate new line forms in a single click!
What file formats does Wholepal support for product upload? 
Wholepal supports multiple formats, including Word, PDF, and Excel, allowing suppliers to upload product information in the format that suits you best.

Our highly trained, industry bespoke AI then organises the data in seconds, which is then ready for you to validate and share with trade partners​ when required.
Can I edit product information after it’s uploaded?
Yes, product data stored on Wholepal can be edited at any time, and it is highly encourage you use the platform as a single source of truth for your entire team when it comes to SKU data.

Keeping information up to date ensures the highest accuracy when sharing the product with trading partners, or autogenerating required documentation.​
How does Wholepal ensure data accuracy?

Whilst this is a highly accurate and automated process, before the product data can be shared via the Wholepal platform, suppliers must verify its correctness for each SKU they upload. This ensures reliable and error-free data is saved, kept up to date and ready for accurate sharing.

Wholepal operates on a monthly subscription model, with pricing tailored to the number of users, and number of products. This flexible structure allows us to accommodate businesses of all sizes. After a consultation, we’ll provide a bespoke quote that aligns with your specific requirements, enabling you to maximise the platform's benefits. Our aim is to deliver exceptional value while helping you streamline product data management and sharing.
Is my data secure?
We understand the critical requirements our clients have for keeping their data private and secure.  Wholepal utilizes industry standard security and encryption for data transmission and storage. API communications are all protected with SSL encryption to protect data in transit.  All platform data is maintained on GDPR compliant systems and partners, each with an established Data Processing Agreement.  The platform also segments client data so that private information can only be seen by partners you've chosen to share with.
What kind of data is stored on the platform?
The Wholepal platform stores information that is provided by clients in the form of product documents, product data and client information.  Wholepal also collects telemetric data on user platform interaction to enhance product features.  We respect the rights of all of our users under data protection regulations, including GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
